Autoprop
Autoprop is a powerful tool that helps you aggregate information from different real estate data providers to create detailed, user-friendly reports to use with your CMAs, buyer tours, listing presentations, and more.
Using Autoprop, you can combine zoning, MLS®, Land Title, school catchment, and other property information into comprehensive, branded reports for your clients.
How to access
Go to Autoprop's site and log in using your MLS® username and password. You can also access Autoprop from Paragon (login required). Click on the Resources button at the top, then under the GVR Quick Links list, click on Autoprop.
Canada Post mailing discount
If you use unaddressed mail to reach clients, this exclusive GVR member offer could cut your postage costs by 40 per cent. This program is a trial, open to all GVR members for 12 months. After that, pricing will change based on the volume of use.
For pieces up to 50 grams:
- Standard size: 11¢ per piece
- Oversize: 12.2¢ per piece
- Add 0.65¢ per piece if you're not dropping off at the correct depot
- Items over 50 grams will incur additional charges for each extra gram
This program includes access to Canada Post’s Precision Targeter—a free tool to help you map your delivery area and target specific demographics.
How to access
Contact Member Relations at 604-730-3090. Our team will walk you through the setup process and will provide you with both an account login and a specific discount code to use that only works with the GVR account.
Collaboration Centre mobile app
The Collaboration Centre mobile app connects you and your clients through a modern, user-friendly experience that helps you guide them through the home buying or selling process.
From tracking listing activity stats and performing side-by-side comparisons to requesting showings and exploring open houses, the app provides everything they need to stay informed and engaged. Your client will also be notified through push notifications for comments and updates.

Commercial Broadcast Email Service (CBES)
If you’re a commercial REALTOR®, did you know you can reach out to over 1,500 other commercial Realtors across BC using CBES?
Greater Vancouver REALTORS®’ (GVR) Commercial Network members can use the CBES to send and receive haves, wants, and professional knowledge questions. You can:
- Find valuable property information not found on any other service
- Monitor the market based on property type
- Set their email preferences by for sale or for lease, property type and regional area
- Access valuable and informative email analytics

How to access
You’ll need to join GVR’s Commercial Network to access the CBES. Here’s what you need to know about joining GVR’s Commercial Network:
- If you work full-time in commercial real estate, contact us at 604-730-3033 or commercial@gvrealtors.ca.
- If you’re new to commercial real estate and/or don’t meet the fully qualified membership requirements, become a Candidate Member by filling out an application for commercial membership.
- Candidate Members must become Qualified Members within three years of applying as a Candidate Member and pay an annual fee of $175 (plus taxes) every January.
Commercial Edge

Cyber Guard cybersecurity software
The Real Estate Errors and Omissions Insurance Corporation is now offering free access to Cyber Guard, an online loss prevention service, to all insured real estate practitioners in BC.
Cyber Guard is a cybersecurity program powered by DynaRisk, a global platform that protects hundreds of thousands of users worldwide.
How to access
The service is tailored to the unique needs of real estate professionals and offers two distinct tools depending on your role:
- For individual Realtors: Cyber Xpert
- For brokerages: Breach Defence
EasyCMA
EasyCMA, Paragon's new CMA tool, simplifies creating high-quality, shareable comparable reports by pulling real-time property data directly from its database.
With customizable comparables and dynamic updates, you can effortlessly showcase market expertise on the go or impress clients with accurate insights anytime.
How to access
Economics Microsite
Economics Microsite brings together a streamlined set of our publicly available statistics and economics content, into an easy-to-understand format that you and your clients can access at any time, free of charge.
These charts, dashboards, and other analytics will help you and your clients navigate the ups and downs of the market, and promote a deeper understanding of the important factors that drive our market trends. There are three main tools on the microsite:
- The blog is a collection of articles written by the GVR Economics team designed to inform members and their clients about the GVR residential and commercial markets.
- Analytics contains publicly available statistics and forecasts produced by the GVR Economics team. This section also houses a new product called ChartBook – a downloadable collection of simple, no-frills aggregate-level statistics in a clean, presentable, branded format, that anyone can use free of charge.
- Downloads is where you and your clients can access the raw data behind the dashboards and charts we provide on the microsite.
How to access
HomeSpotter mobile app
HomeSpotter is an alternative mobile app that connects you to MLS® data on the go. and lets you connect directly with your clients through a branded version of the app you share with them.
HomeSpotter delivers access to your saved searches, contacts, and listing carts from any mobile device. You can upload new photos to a listing and, if you have Agent Modify privileges, you can edit remarks in your active listings. You can also perform common MLS® tasks such as searches and scheduling appointments via Touchbase.
HomeSpotter helps you stay connected with your clients virtually through a portal you set up with them in the app. Your clients can access the portal through their own version of the app that they set up from a link you send to them.
How to access
The app is available at no cost to you in the Apple App and Google Play stores.
Local Logic lifestyle insights
This new tool is powered by Local Logic, a neighbourhood information aggregator, to deliver detailed neighbourhood insights across five categories:
- Transportation
- Education
- Amenities
- Character
- Nature
You and your clients can access two Local Logic reports: Lifestyle Heatmaps and Lifestyle Scores.
How to access
Paragon Connect mobile app
Paragon Connect brings the full functionality of Paragon’s desktop platform to your tablet or mobile device, seamlessly syncing with the latest data from Paragon MLS®.
Whether managing listings, searching for properties, or tracking buyer and seller activity, you can effortlessly switch between Paragon Connect and the traditional Paragon system, staying connected from the office to the road.
How to access
Payload deposit payment platform for brokerages
Payload provides a secure and intuitive payment automation platform designed specifically for real estate. Starting now, all GVR-member brokerages can access this service without cost to the brokerage. Payload is a PCI-compliant provider that has provided similar services with other real estate organizations across North American, including the Alberta Real Estate Association.
Payload allows buyers to pay their deposits through a secure, branded web portal that works with almost any bank, and deposits the funds directly into your brokerage account.
How to access
SentriLock lockboxes and SentriKey app
SentriLock is our lockbox provider, and SentriKey is the app used to access these lockboxes.
With SentriKey, you can:
- receive instant notifications,
- customize showing instructions,
- manage contacts and track access,
- link to third-party integrations like HomeSpotter,
- and more!
How to access
To get a lockbox, contact Member Relations at memberrelations@gvrealtors.ca or 604-730-3090.
To get the app, search for “SentriKey real estate” in the Google Play or Apple App stores. The app is free to download.
Use the same login information you use for the SentriCard utility program or SentriLock’s website to access the app.
Follow the prompts on the setup wizard. When you’re finished, you’ll be ready to go!
Shell Gas discount
This program, administered through the Alberta Real Estate Association (AREA), gives Realtors access to a 6¢/litre discount through the Shell App at participating Shell stations across Canada.
How to access
- Visit the program's website and follow the online instructions.
- Download the Shell App on your mobile device.
- Open the app and look for the AREA DRIVE offer under “Personal Offers”.
- Tap the Shell logo "Pay" button at the bottom of the screen and select "Pay at Pump" to start fueling.
Once you’ve registered for AREA DRIVE and have the Shell App downloaded with the offer activated, you’re just one step away from enjoying your savings.
Stats Centre
If you’re a fan of our Stats Centre Reports, check out GVR Stats Centre. You’ll also find a link in the REALTOR® Toolbox on the member website home page (log in required).
Stats Centre provides the information found in your Stats Centre Reports, but there's so much more on the site. Here's what you can do in addition to metrics like sales, listings, and the MLS® Home Price Index:
- look up data for sales-to-active-listings ratios, days on market, total inventory, and more
- split it up by property type, price range, area and sub-area, and customizable details such as square footage and the number of bedrooms
- share the charts and graphs you create with your clients via email, social media, or your own website

Touchbase messaging app
Touchbase is a communication and showing-scheduling tool that many members use every day – but are you getting the most out of this tool?
If you’re looking to get to know Touchbase better, check out their Knowledge Base site.
This site covers every corner of Touchbase, from basic functionality to advanced reporting. It also includes both individual and Broker tools.
How to access
The app is available for Apple and Android devices.
Virtual Office Website (VOW)
A VOW is a password-protected area of your website where you can allow clients to see active listings, previous home sale prices, pending home sale prices where no conditions remain other than closing, cooperating commissions, and more.
How to access
Typically, VOWs are set up through a service provider – a company that builds real estate marketing websites. Providers need to have an agreement with the Board to provide VOW services.
You don’t need a provider to build a VOW, however, the process is complicated and requires specialized knowledge.
Talk to your website provider to see if they have the expertise and agreement in place to provide a VOW. If you need help finding a website provider, see the list below:

WEBForms Auto Data Transfer
The ADT service streamlines the listing creation process by automatically transferring information from the Data Input Form in WEBForms to the MLS®.
With Broker permission, Agent Load access, and a Broker Load office, agents can use the upload feature to send listing details directly for review and activation, reducing duplicate work.
