Starting November 5, you can get your clients more connected than ever with the new Collaboration Centre mobile app from Paragon!

How it works

You can invite your clients to download the app from your Paragon Connect/Paragon Pro (desktop) account.

Using Paragon Pro (desktop)

For new contacts 

A link to the new Collaboration Centre mobile app will now be included in the welcome message for all new contacts.

To send this message, save a search for the contact and click on “Send Welcome Message”. The end of the welcome message will contain the links to downloading the app on their phone along with their unique invitation code.

For pre-existing contacts 

Log in to Paragon, click on “Contacts”, then “View/Manage Contacts”, then click on the contact’s name.

Within the Buyer Activity section, click on the name of any active saved search.

You’ll need to resend a welcome message by clicking on “Resend Invitation”. This will email your client a new welcome message which contains the links to downloading the app on their phone along with their unique invitation code.

You may also ask your client to directly download the Collaboration Centre app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and provide them their unique invitation code by clicking on “App Invite Code”.

Using Paragon Connect (mobile)

Log in to Paragon Connect on your phone, then tap the three lines (hamburger menu) at the top left corner. 

Tap on “Contacts”, then tap on your contact’s name.
Tap the three dots at the top right corner, then tap “Invite Consumer App”. Note, to see the “Invite Consumer App” option, there must be an active Collaboration Centre search saved for the contact. If there are no searches saved, this option will not appear on the app.

After you send the invite

Below is a screenshot of what your client’s email will include. Depending on what phone they use, they can go to either the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and download the app.

Once downloaded and opened, they’ll be prompted to enter their invitation code. Once they enter the code, they will be able to access their Collaboration Centre site.
