This exciting new tool automates the report creation process by pulling property details directly from Paragon’s database. You’ll be able to adjust comparables, price adjustments, and value estimates as you like.
You can also create dynamic reports that change in real time as new data flows into Paragon, for the most accurate and reliable reports possible!

Getting started
Access EasyCMA from Paragon Pro or Paragon Connect. From the dashboard, you can adjust your settings and get started making reports.

Note: Sold versus Pending date display
With the new sales statuses, please note that in the side-by-side property display, sold comparable properties will only display the completion date as the closed date, once the closed date has passed.
