There's still space this month for Greater Vancouver REALTORS'® (GVR) new, self-paced online course focused on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) principles. 

Canada is one of the most diverse countries in the world, and its real estate market reflects this reality. As a Realtor, understanding DEI is essential to building strong client relationships, maintaining professional excellence, and contributing to a more equitable housing industry. 

This course provides a deep dive into key DEI concepts, historical and systemic issues in Canadian real estate, and strategies for fostering inclusive and bias-free interactions with clients and colleagues.  

Through case studies, scenarios, and interactive activities, you’ll develop the skills necessary to recognize unconscious biases, navigate cultural differences, and create a more inclusive and ethical real estate practice. 

This self-paced online course consists of five modules and a final assessment that should take approximately three hours to complete.  

It's on GVR's Learning Hub hosted by the Canadian Real Estate Association on their learning management system.

You'll earn three accredited PDP hours for successfully completing the course.
