Neil Osborne, Founder and Principal at Investit Software, has announced his retirement. Neil's been a significant contributor to the commercial real estate industry as a software innovator, business leader, and educator. For years, he's been a sought-after instructor by REALTOR® Associations, CCIM chapters, and corporate clients throughout Canada and the US.

We thank Neil for his decades of dedication, innovation, and mentorship. We wish him the very best in his next chapter.

How it works

There are six self-paced video modules available for purchase – three core courses and three elective courses. Each module includes a course manual and practice exercises. You'll earn your certificate, which you can submit a copy to us for your PDP hours, when you achieve 85% or higher on the module's quizzes.

All six courses are PDP-accredited and will earn you PDP hours. If you complete all three core courses and at least one elective course, you’ll receive an industry-recognized certificate in commercial real estate education.
