If you’re looking for even more PDP course selection, there are several course providers you should be aware of.
Here’s a rundown of the different options you can choose from to fulfill your PDP hours.
UBC Sauder School of Business
The BC Real Estate Association (BCREA), via UBC’s Sauder School of Business, has approved over 60 courses for PDP hours covering topics like residential appraisals, green housing, business strategy, working with seniors, and more.
There are courses for residential Realtors, commercial Realtors, and brokers.
BCREA self-directed PDP
BCREA offers a catalogue of self-directed PDP approved course options over a wide variety of topics. Learn about everything from the Home Buyer Recission Period to the essentials of rural real estate and more.
Other professional associations and boards
Organizations like the commercial-focused CCIM Institute, and the property management group PAMA, offer courses that qualify for PDP hours.
You can also complete your PDP hours at any real estate board or association in BC. Contact them directly for course schedules, costs and registrations.
