Has a buyer ever asked you where the MLS® defines the borders of a neighbourhood like Kitsilano, Metrotown, or Steveston?

Using REBGV.org’s new area map, you can now easily share a polished, interactive map of REBGV’s area and sub area borders with any curious client.

The REBGV area map is designed to be client facing. For example, we changed the term “sub area” to “neighbourhood” to help potential clients understand what they’re looking at.

Using REBGV’s area map

Using the map is simple. There are three ways you can pull up boundaries:

  • Type the name of an area or sub area, which the map calls into the search field.
  • Select “show all” to see all areas or sub areas.
  • Select “browse” to see a list of all areas and their attached sub areas. If you click on an area or sub area, it will show up on the map.
