Powered by Restb.ai, you’ll see everything from property descriptors to detailed captions on all your listing’s photos. The tool pulls listing information from the MLS® and adds labels and descriptions to both interior and exterior photos. 

It’ll also extrapolate all of the tag and photo caption details to create an editable draft of the public remarks that you can use to save time!

You’ll see tags on listing images for details like:

• Architectural styles and room types
• Interior and exterior home features
• Appliance, kitchen, and bathroom features
• Views and outdoor features like pools

You’ll also find descriptive captions that capture the key features of each photo in simple, easy-to-understand phrasing, saving you time. For example, a kitchen photo caption would display like:

Kitchen with dark tile floors, white cabinetry and countertops, a kitchen island, TV and stainless steel appliances including a double oven.
