Reminder: Keep Touchbase professional and purposeful

We’ve recently received concerns from members about spam-like messages on Touchbase—particularly unsolicited listing ads sent to fellow REALTORS®.
While there aren’t specific rules restricting these messages, we want to remind everyone that Touchbase is meant for communications related to showings, open houses, and specific listing questions.
When Realtors use the platform for broad promotional messages, it can lead to inbox fatigue—making it easier for important updates to get lost in the noise.
If this continues, we risk Touchbase becoming less useful as a Realtor-to-Realtor communication method.
We encourage everyone to use the platform thoughtfully and professionally to keep it an effective way for us all to connect.
Thanks for your cooperation!
