The latest update to Paragon Connect adds efficiencies and enhancements that’ll help improve your day-to-day workflows. Look for smoother listing management and insights, new widgets and alerts, refreshed notification emails and more. 

Here’s a summary of Paragon Connect’s February update.

Listing management

  • Open published and unpublished listings now automatically save every two minutes, in case you unexpectedly time out or log out. 
  • A new listings insights report delivers quick info on views, client engagement, saved search activity, media, showing activity, competition and more. Click for a preview of the full report
  • New alerts and widgets help you manage unpublished listings, sorting drafts by urgency and letting you know before they get purged.

Emails and communications

  • Instead of one overloaded roll up Agent Collaboration Center email, updates now arrive as separate, client specific messages for comments, new searches, buyer activity, and preview approvals, making it easier to focus on what matters and respond quickly. Preview screenshot below. 
  • You can now use up to three tracking widgets to monitor sell side activity and listing engagement at a glance. 
  • Listing links that you send to other members will open directly in Paragon Connect, making it easier to share info with fewer steps. 
  • New deep linking feature opens links from emails in Paragon Connect directly, not the browser, making it faster and easier to move from an update to the listing, comments, or activity that needs your attention.
