GVR’s economics team has updated our quarterly Commercial Edge Market Reports with a more modern, easy-to-read look. They’ve also added a new highlights page for a quick overview of that quarter’s market activity.  

Our team made these changes based on member feedback and represent our commitment to improving the way we deliver our statistics to you.

• The new highlight page, found at the front of the report, gives you fast, digestible visualizations of sales and dollar volume trends with a new feature that shows the top five sales. 
• As well, the main report now uses larger fonts and more spacing so it’s more readable and scannable, including a new streamlined look for charts and graphs.
