If you’re having trouble recreating your searches for Active and Sold listings in Paragon using the new sale status fields, try using “Search Date” instead of “Seller’s Acceptance Date”.

Before the new statuses were introduced, when searching for both Active and Sold listings using the Sold Date field, Paragon would return both Active listings and Sold listings that reflect the Sold Date criteria even though Active listings didn’t have a Sold Date value.

With the introduction of the new statuses, the Sold Date field no longer exists. Instead, there’s a “Seller’s Acceptance Date” field. This is a more exact field and won’t return the same results if you use it in a search for both Active and Sold listings because Active listings won’t have any value for Seller’s Acceptance Date.

When searching for both Active and Sold listings, you can use the Search Date field which will search by the Seller’s Acceptance Date for Sold listings, while still returning Active listing matches.
