Our compliance tool is robust, offering real-time monitoring, secure ID verification, and ongoing training. We include all FINTRAC related forms by CREA and British Columbia disclosure forms, along with a commission calculator to auto populate a remuneration form.
We provide a fully customizable, automated system that reduces the risk of non-compliance while maintaining ease of use.
Is there anything else about you or your compliance tool that our members need to know?
Fintracker is already a member benefit for members within 25+ real estate boards/associations and has been mandated by many companies from coast to coast. We take pride in our track record over 11 years. To date, not one of our clients has seen a fine from the countless exam examinations we have assisted with.
Recently being acquired by FCT, our goal is to create the first reusable credential in the real estate transaction. A secure chain from real estate professional to lender to lawyer and title insurer, all in the custody of the consumer/ client.
Our founders consist of real estate professionals and software developers. Understanding the pain points within the industry has been the key to our continued success.
