We launched Restb.ai to both Paragon Pro and Paragon Connect at the end of February. Nearly 58 per cent of all new listings loaded in the first two days since Restb.ai was launched used the new system to generate labels and descriptions to nearly 17,000 photos, saving an estimated 70 hours of manual entry for our members!

To get the most out of the program's features, we strongly recommend you use Paragon Connect to access Restb.ai. 

Why is it better to use Paragon Connect with Restb.ai?

Restb.ai can be used in both Paragon Connect and Paragon Pro to provide AI-assisted photo tagging that provides long and short descriptions of the property and then uses those descriptions to generate public remarks. 

Restb.ai on Paragon Connect will warn you if the system thinks that your photo may be non-compliant with our rules, but it doesn't have that capability in Paragon Pro. It also cannot write captions or comments, only the image descriptions.

How can I use Restb.ai in my daily workflow?

When you create a listing, Restb.ai's AI-powered solution analyzes the images you upload to determine the room type/home space in each photo. Then, it automatically populates the RESO 'Image Of' field and provides each image with a descriptive caption in the RESO 'Long Description' field. You'll have final approval of all these automatically generated descriptions.

Do I have to use Restb.ai when loading photos?

No, you do not have to use Restb.ai when loading photos. Paragon Pro and Paragon Connect will allow you to bypass the AI-assisted labels and descriptions if you’d prefer to write your own. 

How long does it take for Restb.ai to process my photos and where are they stored?

Restb.ai processes approximately two photos per second. If you have 20 listing photos, it should take about 10 seconds to process. Restb.ai does not store your photos. Photos uploaded to Restb.ai for processing are labeled and returned to Paragon. 

Can I change the labels or descriptions that Restb.ai has provided?

Yes. You can review and modify the labels and descriptions to make any needed changes or additions. 

Is there a cost to use the Restb.ai service?

There is no cost to use the Restb.ai service, it’s being provided as part of your suite of tools by Greater Vancouver REALTORS® at no additional cost to members.
