Be aware of Paragon outages during ICE upgrades January 26-28
ICE, the makers of Paragon, will perform a large-scale infrastructure upgrade starting at 7 pm on Monday, January 26, that'll last approximately 36 hours with system-wide downtime for the last 12 hours.
The work is expected to be complete by 6 am Wednesday, January 28.
This upgrade is part of a massive project to modernize ICE's infrastructure to improve performance.
Here are the outages related to this upgrade that you need to be aware of.
Outages and downtimes
From 7 pm on Monday, January 26, until 6 pm on Tuesday, January 27, Paragon will be available with read/write access. That means you’ll still be able to enter and update listings, with changes showing immediately.
Paragon will then be completely inaccessible from 6 pm Tuesday, January 27, until approximately 6 am on Wednesday, January 28. You’ll be able to use Paragon as normal after this time.
IDX feeds, ADT, and other integrations will also be offline during the entire upgrade window from 6 pm on January 26 until 6 am on January 28.
Any new member applications, membership transfers, or terminations received during the upgrade window will require an extra one to two business days for processing.
Listing transfers submitted during the upgrade window will not be registered in Paragon until January 28 and may take until the end of the day to display in the system.
North American systems affected
Over 200 MLS® Systems across North America will be affected by this upgrade.
Due to the size and scope of the upgrade, ICE advises that some updates might take longer to appear. If your update doesn't appear by Thursday, January 29, call us at 604-730-3000.
