Greater Vancouver REALTORS®’ (GVR) Commercial Network members can use the CBES to send and receive haves, wants, and professional knowledge questions. You can:

• Find valuable property information not found on any other service
• Monitor the market based on property type
• Set their email preferences by for sale or for lease, property type and regional area
• Access valuable and informative email analytics

Please remember when using the CBES:

• Messages must be related to commercial real estate only
• When sending a "have" email, choose the region where the listing is located
• When sending a "want" email, choose all the regions of interest that apply
• Don't resend the same email within a six month period unless there's an integral change to the listing

Here’s what you need to know about joining GVR’s Commercial Network:

• If you work full-time in commercial real estate, contact us at 604-730-3033 or commercial@gvrealtors.ca.  
• If you’re new to commercial real estate and/or don’t meet the fully qualified membership requirements, become a Candidate Member by filling out an application for commercial membership. 
• Candidate Members must become Qualified Members within three years of applying as a Candidate Member and pay an annual fee of $175 (plus taxes) every January.
