- You can now access webchat by logging into member.gvrealtors.ca during office hours (9am-5pm, Monday – Friday)
- Select “New Chat” at the bottom right-hand side of the screen
- A chat window will open, connecting you directly with our staff
- Staff will be able to answer simple questions like, "how do I perform an action in Paragon?", or "how much does this course cost?"
- You will need to call or email us if your question would require us to verify your identity, like account questions or registration requests
Sometimes picking up the phone isn’t an option, and email can take longer than you need.
Starting February 10, we’re launching a new webchat service directly within the member site at member.gvrealtors.ca, giving you another easy way to connect with your association for general questions.
It’s designed to handle non-account-related questions that don’t require identity verification helping you get quick answers when time matters.
For example, you can ask, "how do I search for a specific property type in Paragon?", or “how much does the Resilient REALTOR® course cost?”.
For detailed questions, or questions that require us to verify who we’re speaking with, members should continue to contact us by phone or email.
How to access webchat
The new webchat lets you chat live with our Member Engagement Centre team from your desktop or mobile device during GVR office hours.
Once you log into member.gvrealtors.ca, you’ll now see a “New Chat” button at the bottom right-hand side of the screen that you can select to connect to the next available specialist.
We’ll continue to build on this service over time, with plans to expand webchat support to more of the reasons you contact us.
It’s one more way we’re making it easier for you to get the support you need, when you need it.
