When you need to update your credit card information with Greater Vancouver REALTORS®, remember that we work with our payment processing partner to follow the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard. 

• Call 604-730-3000 to change your credit card information. We can only update your credit card information over the phone.
• PCI standards do not allow us to receive emails that contain full credit card numbers.  
• New PCI standards require us to re-enter your entire credit card information when updating an expired card. This also means we cannot continue to accept expiry date changes via email.
• If you need to update an expiration date, please call us as you would for any other change to your credit card information.
