Stay vigilant - multiple lockbox thefts reported across Lower Mainland

Greater Vancouver REALTORS® (GVR) has received reports of multiple lockbox thefts, including at least one in GVR’s area.

One of the thefts occurred outside of a Langley brokerage. We encourage any members who have lockboxes affixed outside any brokerages ensure that their lockboxes are still there.

So far, we haven’t received any reports that the thieves have gained access to any properties associated with the stolen lockboxes.

If your lockbox is stolen, we strongly recommend you contact your local police force’s non-emergency line to file a report.
