GVR’s MLS® staff typically receive more requests at the end of the month, and with the holiday season coming up fast, you can mitigate risk and better serve your clients by submitting new listings, amendments, and sales as early as possible. 
Giving yourself ample time to submit these requests will ensure changes are made and potential issues addressed before GVR closes for the holidays from December 24 until January 2, 2025.
