The British Columbia Real Estate Association (BCREA) has released a pre-launch package to help REALTORS® prepare for updates coming to several Standard Forms on Monday, December 1, 2025.

Developed with the help of BCREA’s Standard Forms Committee, these forms and clauses are designed to:

  • support REALTORS® in meeting regulatory requirements,
  • help reduce liability and risk, and
  • promote consistency and professionalism across the province.

BCREA’s goal is to minimize disruptions by consolidating changes into one major release per year, unless earlier updates are required.

You can now access the Fall 2025 Standard Forms Launch Pre-Launch Package, which includes advance copies of the forms and summaries outlining the key revisions.

The updated forms will be available in CREA WEBForms® on launch day, when BCREA will also distribute the full launch package.
