For decades, REALTORS® have been among the first to lend a helping hand when hardship strikes.

Beginning January 2026, members will contribute a modest $1 per month through their dues to help launch the Greater Vancouver REALTORS® (GVR) Community Relief Fund (CRF)—a new charitable program that will help Canadians facing housing-related crises, such as floods, wildfires, and other disasters. 

The CRF will be supported by: 

  • Member contributions of $1 per month, beginning January 2026 
  • A charitable portion of proceeds from the Medallion Gala 
  • Member fundraising and partnership initiatives
