Real estate professionals from across BC and beyond gathered from October 1-2 at PacificWest, Western Canada's leading real estate conference, to network, learn, and build their brands.

Hosted by the Greater Vancouver REALTORS® (GVR) and the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board (FVREB), the event took place at the Vancouver Convention Centre under the iconic sails.

The two-day conference brought together Realtors, industry experts, thought leaders, and professionals for seminars, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

This year’s conference focused on the steps our profession, and the real estate industry as a whole, may be taking in the years to come, helping equip attendees with the tools they need to adapt and thrive.

Beyond the seminars from thought leaders like Disney’s Duncan Wardle and best selling author Diana Kander, PacificWest hosted a massive trade show.

Potential partners from all over the real estate ecosystem and beyond offered their expertise and helped Realtors expand their networks.

But PacificWest wasn’t all just learning and seminars – the legendary Welcome Party was back and better than ever.

The Welcome Party brought a vibrant Miami nights vibe, complete with cabanas, palm trees, and dancers. Guests enjoyed handcrafted margaritas and gourmet canapés, while capturing memories at Lucky Booth's photo station or getting personalized caricatures from Cartoon Katie.

A stunning aerial performance by Alana Moggridge wowed the crowd, and the Julio Avila Gainza Band's Cuban beats kept the energy high, creating the perfect atmosphere for a night of dancing and celebration.
