REALTOR® and managing broker Roloff Veld passed away suddenly in January.  

Roloff’s career in real estate, along with his business partner Manya Milkovich, was guided by his belief in distinct, exceptional care for his clients. He was the managing broker at Evergreen West Realty in Coquitlam, a role he began in 2013. Prior to that, he was the managing broker at Sutton Group – 1st West Realty from 2006-2013.  

Friends, colleagues, and clients alike will all remember Roloff for his genuine kindness and gratitude. He was always there to deliver professional and knowledgeable advice with grace and a smile.  

He was also an active community member who served on TransLink’s Community Leaders Panel, the Tri-Cities Chamber of Commerce, and the Canadian Federation of Independent Business.  

Roloff is survived by his son Michael and his family, brother Hendrik and sister-in-law Marjanne and their family, his brother Gerrit and sister-in-law Renate and their family, and Manya, Vlatko and their family.
