Long time Richmond REALTOR® Gerald (Gerry) Biggar passed away in May. He was 82.  

Gerry was a Realtor for over 40 years. He was first licensed with the Block Bros. Realty in their Richmond office. In 1993, he moved to Royal LePage and in 2001, moved to Sutton Group - Seafair Realty, where he worked until his retirement in 2019.  

He will be remembered for his warm smile and friendly, caring demeanor. "Hey, how are you doing?" wasn't just a passing query to Gerry, he genuinely cared and wanted to know that you were doing well.  

Gerry is survived by his wife Savannagh, sons Guy and Jamie, and daughters Brandi and Karlee. 

Gerry's celebration of life will be held on Friday, May 23 at 11 am at St. Joseph the Worker Parish, 4451 Williams Road in Richmond. A reception will follow at the Richmond Funeral Home, 8420 Cambie Road, Richmond.
