Please be aware that GVR is no longer able to update BC Financial Services Authority (BCFSA) real estate team name information on your behalf. 

This change means it’s critical for you to let us know if you’re joining, changing, or leaving a real estate team registered with BCFSA. 

If the wrong team name is on your listings, it could affect your ability to qualify for the Medallion Club. It also puts you in contravention of BCFSA regulations. 

• Non-compliance with BCFSA team name requirements: Per BCFSA guidelines, your team name must be included in all advertising. Learn more here.
• Medallion ineligibility: Medallion rules specify your Medallion Team name must align with your BCFSA Team. If they differ, you may be ineligible. See Medallion rules here.

To see the team name that appears on your listings, select the ‘Full Public 1 Page’ report option from the drop-down menu on your listing in Paragon. 

Your team name will be at the top of the listing, beneath your name. 

If the team name is incorrect, email memberrelations@gvrealtors.ca right away and we’ll correct it for you.
