How to share TELUS Welcome Home discounts with your clients—and access them yourself

When your clients take possession of their new home, they’ll need to get connected quickly. Through GVR’s partnership with TELUS, you can now offer them exclusive savings on home and mobile services—a simple way to add extra value to your client experience.
How it works
Once you report a sale on the MLS®, you’ll receive an email from GVR with a link to your client-facing portal link and a discount code you can provide to your client. You can also find both anytime on the Welcome Home page in the GVR member website.
Here’s what to do:
- Visit the Welcome Home page on the GVR member website.
- Copy your client link and discount code.
- Share them with your buyer as part of your congratulations message.
Your clients can then:
- Visit the TELUS Welcome Home portal.
- Enter their discount code.
- Choose the home or mobile services they need (TV, Internet, home security, home phone, or mobile).
- Schedule a setup call with a dedicated TELUS support representative.
This simple step helps your clients save money and feel supported as they move into their new home.
Member-exclusive savings
GVR members can also access the same TELUS discounts—no sale required.
Here's how you access your member discount:
- Log in to the GVR member website.
- Open the Welcome Home page.
- Click the Exclusive Partner Program link in the top right corner.
After validating your information, you can activate your services online or visit a Pacific Coast Com retail location for in-person assistance.
