Greater Vancouver REALTORS®’ (GVR) Board of Directors (BoD) welcomes two new appointed Directors:  Janice Stasiuk and Kirsten Sutton. 

Appointed Directors are from outside of GVR’s membership and are appointed by the BoD to diversify leadership expertise as part of governance best practices.

Janice has over 30 years of experience in senior financial and operating positions.  

She has served as a director for organizations in both the profit and non-profit sectors, including Coast Mountain Bus Company and Viacore Solutions, and specializes in steering organizations through complex landscapes to achieve strategic success and financial health. 

Kirsten is an experienced executive, with a career spanning 30 years in technology and corporate governance. 

She has served in governance roles at multiple organizations, including the Greater Vancouver Board of Trade and Science World, and specializes in digital disruption and transformation, cyber risk, board governance, and company culture.
