More than 400 members of the Greater Vancouver REALTORS® (GVR) attended our 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on March 31, either in person or online.

The meeting offered members the opportunity to hear directly from GVR leadership, reflect on key accomplishments from the past year, and gain insight into the major initiatives, priorities, and challenges shaping the year ahead.

The meeting was held in a hybrid format, with no special resolutions brought forward for member approval this year.

Instead, the meeting focused on highlighting key initiatives GVR completed in 2025 and the work currently underway to support members. 

We were also pleased to welcome BCFSA CEO, Tolga Yalkin and CREA Vice Chair, Darin Germyn, who each delivered presentations outlining their organizations’ key strategic priorities for the year ahead and their ongoing work to collaborate with GVR in support of members.
