The Greater Vancouver REALTORS® (GVR) is rolling out limited radio and streaming audio advertising this week to raise public awareness about the new GVR brand and the more than 15,000 REALTORS® and 500 real estate brokerages we represent across the region.

The central theme of the campaign is “Your real estate team is bigger than you think.” The ads emphasize that behind every Realtor and brokerage is a sophisticated set of tools, systems, and infrastructure that supports Realtors as they provide exceptional service to their clients. 

The goal is to leave the public with an understanding and appreciation for the full range of services that the real estate profession, through its practitioners, provides the public.

Over the next week, the campaign will expand. Video ads, online banners, and social media ads will begin appearing on Facebook, Instagram, and other select websites.

“In a year where we re-named and re-branded the organization, it is important to ensure that our different audiences understand who we are as an organization to minimize the chance of brand confusion,” says Jeff King, GVR CEO. “The key purpose behind this campaign is to help us maintain a strong and influential voice, on behalf of members, when it comes to government advocacy and other matters where we need to represent you in the public discourse on real estate.” 

The campaign will run until the end of November.
