We call it the Welcome Home package!

Through this partnership, you can give clients the gift of connection at the very moment they need it most. The program is designed for REALTORS® to add value to their client relationships. Through this exclusive GVR partnership, you can offer your clients the best rates available on TELUS home and mobile services, including:

How it works

If you’re a buyers’ agent and you report a sale on the MLS®, you can access the discount code and client-facing portal link through this page on the GVR member website, along with marketing materials you can share with your clients. The link to this page will also be available in an email we’ll send you when you close the sale.  

This client portal and link will help your clients get home connectivity at a lower rate than they would otherwise be able to obtain. From their perspective, this is an unexpected gift you’re offering as a congratulations on their recent home purchase.

From there, they can use the code to access the VIP Welcome Home portal to set up their services. They can select what options or packages they’d like and schedule a call with a support agent who will reach out to set up their services.

Realtor-only Exclusive Partner Program

As a GVR member, you can also access these discounts through the Realtor-only Exclusive Partner Program  – no home purchase or sale necessary!

To access this discount, you’ll need to login to the GVR member website and click the Exclusive Partner Program portal link at the top right-hand part of the GVR and TELUS Welcome Home page.

If you want in-person service, after you valiate your information through the Welcome Home page, you can also visit any Pacific Coast Com retail location for help setting up your services.
