Greater Vancouver REALTORS® (GVR) has appointed Shauna Woolliams as Vice President, Human Resources. 

In this new role, Shauna will serve as a key member of the senior leadership team, leading the development and execution of HR strategies that align with GVR’s mission, values, and business objectives. She will oversee strategic workforce planning and development, playing a pivotal role in fostering a positive and innovative workplace culture.

Shauna brings extensive experience in human resources leadership, having held senior roles at Belron Canada, ADP Canada, and CHC/Heli-One. Over her career, she has demonstrated a strong ability to implement progressive HR strategies, optimize talent management, and drive employee engagement initiatives. 

As Director of People and Culture, Director of Talent Acquisition, and Manager of HR and Communications at Belron Canada, Shauna successfully spearheaded enterprise-wide HR transformation projects, developed inclusive HR policies, and introduced data-driven workforce strategies that led to significant improvements in employee satisfaction, retention, and internal promotions.

With a Chartered Professional in Human Resources designation and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Alberta, Shauna will focus on advancing HR policies and procedures, change management, leadership development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
