The past year has brought continued pressure and rapid change across the real estate landscape, with uneven market conditions, shifting consumer expectations, and new technologies reshaping how business is conducted. In response, Greater Vancouver REALTORS® (GVR) has focused on strengthening the organization and supporting members through targeted investments in services, tools, data, and advocacy.
