The Chilliwack and District Real Estate Board (CADREB) is reintroducing a relist fee for MLS® listings starting on April 15, 2026.

• initial listing cost: $115 plus GST fee 
• relist cost (if cancelled and relisted within 10 days): $115 plus GST and an additional $50 fee 

This means if you cancel a listing and re-enter it into the MLS® within 10 business days, you will be charged an additional $50 fee.
