To help your professional association maintain a sound financial position within today’s inflationary environment and a weakened Canadian dollar, we’re adjusting certain member dues and fees beginning January 1, 2026.

These updates will allow Greater Vancouver REALTORS® (GVR) to continue investing in technology tools and service enhancements that strengthen and innovate the products and experiences we provide to members.

Starting in 2026, we’re also introducing a $1 per month Community Relief Fund fee. This new charitable program will support community-focused initiatives across Greater Vancouver, reflecting REALTORS®’ long-standing commitment to giving back to the communities we serve.

GVR’s funding model accounts for incremental inflation that occurs over time, including regular, but modest, annual inflationary-based adjustments. This model seeks to help GVR avoid the more disruptive cycle of introducing larger fee increases after prolonged periods of no change.

These changes are the result of a careful review of the organization’s financial position for the year ahead. You can expect to see these adjustments reflected on your invoices starting January 1, 2025.
